Super Easy Cheese Crackers

I got this recipe from Choice Health Foods and Jody from Eugene Gluten Free simplified it. Careful they are addicting.

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.

Lay parchment paper on cookie sheet.

Great cheese of your choice and put in piles on cookie sheet. Or slice cheese and cut into triangles and lay on cookie sheet.

Place in hot oven. Watch carefully. When cheese gets bubbly, remove pan from oven and allow to cool. I like mine slightly brown.

If they last, store in a air tight container. Can serve with peanut butter or jelly if you would like.
