Pickled Boiled Eggs

I just can't keep these in the house. The kids love them. It is easy, a quick grab it protein, and it's healthy.

When you finish a large jar of pickles, boil some eggs, peal them and drop them in the pickle juice. Store them in the refrigerator. The longer they are in the juice the more flavor they have. We started eating them after 4 days in the refrigerator.

Note: You can also add different veggies (carrots, green beans, asparagus, onions, etc) to the pickle juice with or without the juice for another way to eat those veggies.
