The safest way to eat while away from home, is to bring your own food in a container. Specific Carbohydrate Diet Links

I love the recipes, but I have mixed feelings about this diet. Everyone that I know that has been on the Specific Carbohydrate Diet has done well with it, but hasn't been able to go off this diet. I would love to hear opinions about this diet, especially if you had once used it for healing and was able to go back to gluten free grains again.
